Le Cordon Bleu of Milk Teas. Before you judge this as another contemporary chain selling a nice facade, try learning how its Cordon Bleu level processes calls for a price tag similar to your regular Starbucks. There are way tooooo many beverage stores in Taiwan, life is too short for bad tea!

Adhering to the Original Intention of producing beverages resembling the orchestrating of French cuisines, SOMA persevere on its workmanship attitude in crafting hand shaken drinks. Just as how charcoal adds an extra layer of smokiness to dishes, the way air flows in hand shaken drinks is what machine shaken drinks can yet to replicate.

Le Cordon Bleu Milk Tea

Although Taiwan Milk Tea trend has literally been through many waves of bubble, not every brand has what it takes to make a good cup of tea. I believe SOMA is not trying to get ahead of a trend, but making good tea. And with that, i’m pretty certain they are gonna be around for quite a while.
